During the same period, Anthropic reported that its models had hacked three different companies.

These incidents have sparked a debate within the tech community. Kevin Powers, faculty director for cybersecurity, risk and governance at Boston College Law School, told Business Insider that he believes the companies are genuinely concerned rather than seeking publicity.
