This utilization rate indicates that nearly every deployed chip is actively running workloads. The surge comes despite a massive expansion of Oracle's footprint; during the quarter, the company delivered 850 megawatts of new data center capacity and supplied more than 300,000 GPUs to its AI clients. The scale of this growth is reflected in the company's financials, with cloud infrastructure revenue jumping 121% year-over-year to reach $7.4 billion.
