AGM Group Holdings Inc. and HashBeaver have entered a strategic partnership to develop a desktop device that merges Bitcoin mining with Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) connectivity. The collaboration aims to bring professional-grade mining capabilities into residential and office settings.

The hardware utilizes a three-layer architecture. At its core is a Bitcoin computing layer featuring a purpose-built SHA-256 ASIC chip for hashing.
