AVAX One Revenue More Than Doubles to $2.4M Amid Pivot to Crypto Infrastructure

The Nasdaq-listed firm is shifting from simple token exposure toward a diversified model of staking, Bitcoin mining, and AI compute.

AVAX One Technology (NASDAQ: AVX) has reported preliminary first-quarter revenue of approximately $2.4 million, more than doubling its revenue on a sequential basis. The surge signals a successful transition toward an operational business model focused on recurring cash flow rather than passive asset appreciation.

This growth stems from a deliberate pivot away from a strategy based purely on token exposure. According to company reports, the increase was primarily driven by Avalanche (AVAX) staking rewards and the expansion of Bitcoin mining operations. CEO Jolie Kahn stated that the quarter reflects the early success of a diversified model built around on-chain yield and access to compute infrastructure.

A Shift Toward Operational Cash Flow

Many public crypto proxy companies have faced investor pressure to demonstrate actual operating traction instead of relying on the volatile price swings of digital assets. AVAX One is responding by transforming into a hybrid infrastructure and digital asset firm. The company now focuses on a diversified mix of staking yield, mining cash flow, and early-stage compute infrastructure.

As part of this operational expansion, AVAX One has scaled its Bitcoin mining capacity to 250 PH/s. The company has set a target to exceed 300 PH/s within the next 30 days. To support its staking initiatives, the firm maintains a substantial treasury of approximately 14.0 million AVAX.

Strategic Implications for the Market

This shift reduces the company's vulnerability to the boom-and-bust cycles of token prices. By establishing recurring revenue streams through mining and staking, AVAX One is positioning itself as a provider of essential blockchain infrastructure rather than a simple holding company. This model provides a more stable growth path and a clearer value proposition for institutional investors on the Nasdaq.

Future Expansion into AI Compute

Beyond blockchain assets, AVAX One is moving into high-performance computing (HPC) and AI sectors. The company has entered into a letter of intent for a 10 MW site in Alberta, Canada, targeted for deployment in the first quarter of 2027. This move into AI infrastructure represents the next phase of the company's diversification strategy, aiming to capture the massive compute power required by modern artificial intelligence models.

Investors will now monitor whether the company can maintain this sequential growth rate as it scales its mining capacity and begins the long-term build-out of its Canadian compute facility.
