CASE Construction Equipment Launches TL100EV Electric Mini Track Loader
The zero-emission loader brings heavy-duty capacity to noise-sensitive indoor environments.
CASE Construction Equipment has begun delivering the TL100EV, an all-electric mini track loader, to customers. The machine provides heavy-duty capability in noise-sensitive and low-emission environments where traditional diesel equipment is impractical.
The TL100EV features a rated operating capacity of 1,000 lbs and is powered by a 23.5 kWh battery system. This configuration allows the machine to provide approximately seven hours of emissions-free, low-noise runtime on a single charge. The loader's entry into the market has already garnered industry recognition, securing both a Green Industry Pros 2026 Editor's Choice Award and an OPE+Landscape Twenty for 2026 New Product Award.
Evolution of the Mini Loader
First showcased at CONEXPO 2026, the TL100EV serves as the electric counterpart to the diesel-powered CASE TL100, which was one of the first construction-grade mini track loaders available on the market. The launch is part of a broader strategic expansion into electric machinery by CASE, following the introduction of other battery-powered equipment such as the CX25EV excavator. By transitioning a proven diesel platform to an electric drivetrain, CASE aims to maintain industrial performance while eliminating tailpipe emissions.
Expanding the Job Site
The shift to electric power allows contractors to operate in "no-drip" and zero-emission zones that were previously inaccessible to internal combustion engines. These include hospitals, schools, and food processing plants, where fumes and noise pollution are strictly prohibited. According to CASE, the TL100EV brings "real loader capability to interior demolition, renovation and urban job sites where clean, quiet power is required." This capability opens significant new market opportunities for firms specializing in interior demolition and high-density urban renovation projects.
