India is pioneering the deployment of Direct-to-Mobile (D2M) technology to provide multimedia streaming without the need for cellular data or Wi-Fi. Direct-to-Mobile is a terrestrial broadcast technology that delivers IP-based live TV, video, and data directly to mobile devices.
