The company launched its cloud phone platform in January 2026, responding to stricter device fingerprinting on mobile-first apps that browser-only tools cannot bypass—enabling marketers to scale accounts without device-level bans.

"Mobile-first platforms need real mobile," said Gayane Gharslyan, CMO of Multilogin. "TikTok, Instagram, and other mobile-first apps rely on real device signals, app behavior, and account history. Browser-only tools are useful for web workflows, but they do not fully cover mobile app environments."

What the Platform Does

The updated dashboard combines real Android devices running in the cloud with isolated browser profiles, built-in residential/ISP/mobile proxies, and automation tooling. Users can manage accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube from a single interface.

For technical teams, the infrastructure offers API access, Android Debug Bridge (ADB) support, and integrations with Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright, and Postman. This setup enables AI agents and automation scripts to operate within genuine mobile environments rather than browser simulations.

The shift reflects broader changes in how social platforms detect and restrict automated activity. Mobile apps collect more granular device telemetry than web browsers, including hardware identifiers, app installation history, and behavioral patterns.
