TCL has unveiled the P80 series, introducing the industry's first OLED-based NxtPaper displays. Showcased at IFA 2026, the new lineup aims to provide a hybrid experience for users who want the power of a smartphone with the eye-comfort of an e-reader.
The series consists of three models: the P80, P80 Pro, and P80 Ultra. The Pro and Ultra variants are the flagship offerings, featuring 6.83-inch OLED NxtPaper displays that reach a peak brightness of 3,200 nits. These panels utilize a matte surface designed to significantly reduce glare and eye strain compared to traditional glossy screens. Under the hood, both the Pro and Ultra models are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Elite chipset paired with 8GB of RAM.
