Xiaomi has globally launched the Smart Band 10 Pro, the successor to last year's Smart Band 9 Pro, doubling down on display quality and health tracking accuracy while skipping the speaker and microphone found in pricier wearables.
Display and Battery
The device sports a 1.74-inch 60Hz OLED display with peak brightness of 2,000 nits, up from 1,200 nits in the previous generation. That jump makes the screen readable in direct sunlight, a common pain point for fitness trackers used outdoors.
Battery life is rated at 21 days with always-on display disabled, powered by a 350mAh battery. GSMArena called this "bonkers endurance that easily nudges the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 Pro into worry-free territory." Users who enable AOD should expect significantly shorter runtime.
Health Sensors
Xiaomi equipped the Band 10 Pro with an all-new PPG module featuring dual light sources (green and red) and dual PD sensors. The company says this configuration improves accuracy for heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking compared to the single-sensor setups common in this price range.
The wearable runs HyperOS 3 and supports dual-device message sync, meaning notifications can be mirrored from both Android and iOS phones simultaneously. However, the device lacks a physical button, speaker, and microphone, so users cannot take calls from the wrist or interact with voice assistants.
Pricing and Colors
The standard aluminum model costs €75 and comes in pink, black, or silver. A premium ceramic edition in white with NFC support retails for €100. Both versions share identical hardware aside from the case material and NFC chip.
Charging uses a two-pin magnetic connector with USB-A, a choice that feels dated in 2026 as the industry shifts toward USB-C across even budget devices.
Market Position
The Smart Band 10 Pro enters a crowded field competing against the Huawei Band series, Honor Band, and Amazfit Active 2. Xiaomi's strategy is clear: prioritize display visibility, battery endurance, and sensor accuracy over communication features that would add cost and drain the battery.
