The community-made 'FFR Vision Studio' mod restores a massive roster from the defunct mobile title Final Fantasy Brave Exvius, including high-profile guest characters such as Ariana Grande, Sora from Kingdom Hearts, and 2B from Nier Automata.
The mod arrives as a direct counterpoint to the creative direction of the official release. Square Enix producer Keisuke Nakashima explicitly stated that Ariana Grande's character would not fit within the vibe created for Final Fantasy Resonance.
