Redwire Corporation (NYSE:RDW) has expanded its space infrastructure capabilities by successfully demonstrating tactical signal transmission from orbit and delivering advanced antenna hardware. Redwire successfully demonstrated the transmission of a Link 16 tactical signal from space using its L-Band Helical Antenna technology for an undisclosed national security customer. In addition to this demonstration, the company has delivered Tranche 0 L-Band Helical Antenna systems specifically for the Space Development Agency (SDA) Transport Layer. To support this scaling, Redwire operates a manufacturing facility in Longmont, Colorado, which maintains a production capacity of more than 120 antennas per year.
