York Space Systems (NYSE: YSS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a UK-based provider of advanced satellite communications terminals. The move is designed to create a comprehensive communications ecosystem capable of operating within contested environments for both government and commercial missions.
As part of the transaction, valued at $355 million, York will integrate ALL.SPACE’s software-defined Hydra Terminal technology into its existing portfolio. The Hydra Terminal Range allows for simultaneous multi-link, multi-orbit, and multi-band connectivity, enabling users to maintain seamless links across Low Earth Orbit (LEO), Medium Earth Orbit (MEO), Geostationary Orbit (GEO), and Highly Elliptical Orbit (HEO) networks.
Strategic Expansion
York Space Systems operates as a US-based national defense and commercial prime, specializing in the design and manufacture of spacecraft bus platforms.
