ComfyUI has announced "Day-0" support for MiniMax H3, an open-weights omni-modal video generation model. This integration allows creators to run high-fidelity video and audio generation locally, bypassing the need for closed-source APIs.
Developed by MiniMaxAI, the H3 model generates 768p video paired with native 32 kHz stereo audio. Unlike many existing video AI tools that treat sound as a separate post-processing step, H3 integrates audio and video natively. The model supports 11 languages and includes a specific "H3-Regenerate-2K" process, which feeds initial 768p results back into the system to produce final output at 2K resolution.

MiniMax H3 represents a move toward general-purpose multimodal intelligence.
