JetBrains has entered a strategic partnership with Saudi-based technology firm eSense to elevate software development standards for government and enterprise organizations across Saudi Arabia. The move strengthens the Kingdom's internal engineering capabilities during a period of rapid digital acceleration.

Under the agreement, eSense serves as a local channel partner, managing licensing, implementation planning, and team enablement for JetBrains' professional developer toolset. The collaboration focuses on three primary pillars: modernizing engineering practices, enhancing code quality, and establishing AI governance frameworks across the software development lifecycle. The partnership is already active, with current applications including a strategic technology initiative focused on Saudi Arabia's food-security priorities.

This initiative arrives as Saudi Arabia aggressively expands its digital infrastructure to meet the goals of Vision 2030. The scale of this growth is reflected in the Kingdom's ICT market, which climbed from SAR 105 billion prior to the launch of Vision 2030 to SAR 190 billion in 2025.

Parallel to this market growth is a surge in automation and intelligence. By 2025, AI adoption within the Saudi information and communications sector reached 61.1%.
