While some organizations have successfully woven generative AI into the fabric of their work models, others continue to struggle with the complexities of implementation. As early adopters automate significant portions of their operations, they achieve a velocity of output that traditional firms cannot match.

Structural Market Risks

This widening productivity gap suggests that AI has evolved from a simple competitive advantage into a structural divide. When nearly a third of all business tasks are AI-driven, the efficiency gains for integrated firms become exponential. For the laggards, the consequence is a diminishing ability to compete on price, speed, or innovation.
