Saudi Arabia is launching an aggressive integrated strategy to attract the world's leading artificial intelligence companies by offering a combination of computing power, capital, and market access. Communications and Information Technology Minister Abdullah Al-Swaha announced the strategy while in Silicon Valley, detailing a model designed to remove the primary bottlenecks facing AI developers. Humain is acting as a full-stack AI provider, developing hyperscale data centers, AI cloud services, and high-performance computing capabilities specifically designed for training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads.

This push is a core component of Vision 2030, the Kingdom's broader economic diversification program aimed at reducing reliance on oil.
