The Recon utilizes a 100.5 kWh battery pack—the same capacity found in the Wagoneer S. While the Wagoneer S achieves 294 miles of range, it does so with street tires and lower ground clearance, lacking the specialized hardware that defines the Recon.

To maintain its identity as a genuine off-roader, Jeep equipped the Recon with 33-inch all-terrain tires and 9.1 inches of ground clearance. More significantly, the vehicle features 15:1 gearing on its rear motor.
