Analog Devices Renews Strategic Sponsorship of MassRobotics Accelerator
The semiconductor leader will provide technical mentorship and engineering resources to robotics startups through its Analog Garage incubator.
Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) has renewed its commitment as a strategic sponsor for MassRobotics, the Boston-based robotics startup accelerator. The partnership aims to bridge the gap between semiconductor innovation and commercial robotics deployment by providing early-stage companies with critical technical resources.
As part of the agreement, ADI will leverage its internal corporate venture and incubator group, Analog Garage, to offer startups direct access to engineering expertise and advanced technologies in power management and sensors. The collaboration includes a heavy presence at upcoming industry milestones: ADI will serve as a judge for the MassRobotics Startup PitchFest at IROS 2026 on September 28 and will participate in the Robotics Startup Bootcamp at RoboBusiness in Santa Clara, Calif., on October 20-21.
The Hardware Hurdle
MassRobotics serves as a primary launchpad for new robotics firms and a gateway for international companies entering the U.S. market. For these startups, the primary barrier to entry is often the sheer cost and complexity of physical development. Colm Prendergast, senior director and head of the Emerging Tech Hub at Analog Garage, stated that ADI has positioned itself as an innovation partner helping the industry move toward an autonomous future by applying breakthrough technology to the hardest problems.
