The Space Systems MOSA Interface Standards Alliance has announced an industry webinar, "MOSA Interoperability Standards for Space Systems," scheduled for August 26, 2026. The session aims to demonstrate how voluntary consensus interoperability standards enable the rapid implementation of space systems to directly benefit warfighters.
The webinar will run from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PDT (12:00 PM to 4:00 PM EDT). According to the Alliance, the event will focus on the modular open system approach (MOSA) and the specific agile and digital engineering methods used to develop these standards. The Space Systems MOSA Interface Standards Alliance operates as a government-guided collaboration involving industry partners and the IEEE Industry Standards and Technology Organization (ISTO).
