According to a Shanghai bourse filing, HHGrace acquired 97.5% of Shanghai Huali Microelectronics Corporation, officially making the firm a subsidiary. This consolidation allows HHGrace to synchronize its investment strategy with the physical production requirements of a diversifying global client base.
