Under a business-alliance agreement between FPT Japan Holdings and Nippon Seiki, Nippon Seiki Europe B.V. is transferring its automotive embedded software development business in Gdańsk, Poland, to a newly formed subsidiary, FPT Poland Sp. z o.o. Established on July 22, 2026, and owned primarily by FPT Japan Holdings, the new entity will absorb approximately 50 employees from the transferred unit. To ensure continuity in the supply chain, Nippon Seiki will remain a client, continuing to purchase software and engineering services from the Gdańsk-based team.
