DDC Enterprise Reports 28% Revenue Growth, Scales Bitcoin Treasury

The Asian food platform pairs strong H1 2026 earnings with an aggressive Bitcoin reserve strategy and new lifestyle media.

DDC Enterprise has reported significant growth for the first half of 2026, pairing a surge in core culinary revenues with an expanded Bitcoin treasury. The move signals the company's commitment to a "dual engine" strategy that blends traditional food platform operations with digital asset accumulation.

For the first half of 2026, the company expects revenues to land between $19.5 million and $20.5 million. This represents an approximate 28% increase over the $15.6 million reported during the same period last year. Alongside these financial gains, DDC has aggressively scaled its holdings of Bitcoin, now possessing 2,899 BTC with an average acquisition cost of $78,204 per coin. This accumulation has significantly impacted shareholder metrics, with Bitcoin per 1,000 fully diluted DDC shares rising 53.3% year-to-date to 0.060942.

A Hybrid Corporate Model

Operating as a global Asian food platform, DDC Enterprise (NYSE American: DDC) is redefining its corporate identity by integrating Bitcoin as a primary reserve asset. While most public companies treat cryptocurrency as a speculative side-bet, DDC positions the asset as a core pillar of its capital stack. To support this, the company is developing the "DDC Treasury Intelligence Platform" in partnership with Appnovation. This system will feature a "Treasury Graph" and predictive models designed to optimize the timing of future Bitcoin purchases.

Bridging Crypto and Lifestyle

Beyond the balance sheet, DDC is leveraging its culinary roots to onboard new users to the digital asset space. The company recently launched "Dishing Up Bitcoin," a cooking show that provides lifestyle-based educational content for new Bitcoin holders. By merging food and finance, DDC is testing whether a traditional cash-flowing business can use lifestyle media to bridge the gap between mainstream consumers and volatile crypto markets.

Strategic Outlook

This strategy aims to insulate the company against market volatility while maximizing upside for shareholders. Norma Chu, Founder, Chairwoman, and CEO of DDC Enterprise, stated that the company intends to exit the current bear market with a larger treasury, a lower average cost, and a stronger capital stack to support expansion heading into the next bull market.

Investors will now watch to see if the Treasury Intelligence Platform can successfully lower the company's average cost basis and whether the "Dishing Up Bitcoin" initiative can drive organic growth in the company's core food platform. As more public companies explore Bitcoin reserves, DDC serves as a high-profile experiment in combining operational culinary growth with disciplined digital asset management.
