Google Opens Pixel 11 Preorders: Tensor G6 and Notification LED Return

The new devices are powered by the Tensor G6 chip and ship with Android 17. Pricing for the slab models has increased by $100 over the previous generation, with the Pixel 11 starting at $899, the Pro at $1,099, and the Pro XL at $1,299. To incentivize early adoption, Google is offering preorder deals that include up to $600 in trade-in value, alongside a choice of $200 in Google Store credit or $250 off a Pixel Watch 5.
A Return to Legacy Features
One of the most notable additions is the "HiLight" notification LED, which returns on the Pro and Fold models. This feature allows users to set custom colors for specific contacts and view Gemini status indicators. The new foldable is approximately 1mm thinner and nearly 10% lighter than its predecessor. It also features an IP68 resistance rating and an inner 8-inch panel capable of peaking at 3,600 nits.
