Oppo has officially launched the A7 Pro Max, a mid-range smartphone designed to eliminate battery anxiety for the average user. The device marks a significant milestone for the company, featuring the largest battery ever integrated into an Oppo handset.
At the center of the device is a massive 10,000 mAh battery, a capacity rarely seen outside of specialized rugged phones. To manage this power, Oppo equipped the A7 Pro Max with 80W fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging, allowing the phone to act as a power bank for other devices. Despite the internal volume required for such a cell, the chassis remains relatively slim at 8.57 mm. The phone is currently available for pre-order in China with a starting price of CNY 2,199.

Beyond its power reserves, the A7 Pro Max features a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution (1272x2772). The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and reaches a peak brightness of 1,800 nits, ensuring visibility under direct sunlight. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 SoC. Oppo offers several memory and storage configurations to suit different user needs, ranging from 8GB to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and storage options between 128GB and 512GB of UFS 3.1.
